Phoenix Interiors has been making buildings work since 1977.

We specialise in fit-out because we know how important it is to make office interiors welcoming, comfortable and fit for purpose. Your building might look great on the outside, but it is the inside that really counts if you want to get maximum return from your investment in people, IT and infrastructure.

Phoenix specialises in suspended ceilings, demountable partitions, raised access floors, specialist joinery and fibrous plasterwork - everything to give your office space the flexibility and practicality it needs.

Phoenix is a member of the Association of Interior Specialists and carries out work for a range of major developers in the South East.

The company was founded in 1977 and is now back under private management having been bought by its management team from IMI in 2005.

Phoenix has gone from strength to strength since passing the £13 million turnover barrier at the end of last year - well ahead of plan. It directly employs over 20 highly qualified staff - some of whom have been with the company since it began - and has recently completed a series of high profile office fit out projects in the City of London and at Canary Wharf.

It recently completed work on the iconic "Blue Fin Building" headquarters building of publishing giant IPC and the prestigious Aldgate home of developer ISG InteriorExterior, which is one of its key clients along with Mace, Bovis LendLease and Overbury.

Phoenix is also a preferred contractor for Stanhope, one of London's most renowned developers. This means it is now one of only two fit-out firms employed by Stanhope to provide suspended ceiling and partitioning work on its broad portfolio of projects nationwide.
