Gary Britnell - Managing Director
Gary has been working with Phoenix since 1979 and has been a director since 1985, becoming Managing Director in 1994. Gary's vast experience is still actively utilised on a daily basis and he is a member of the Chilled Beam and Ceiling Association management committee.
Andy Britnell - Director Business Development & Company Secretary
Andy, with more than 30 years experience in the building industry, has been a Director of Phoenix since 1996 and was also Managing Director of the Commtech Group until 2005.
René van der Molen - Finance Director
Since qualification in 1981, René has gained a broad range of corporate finance and management experience within the tourist, manufacturing and construction industries. In 1989 he joined Phoenix Interiors as Financial Controller and joined the Board in 1994.
Mike Belsten - Project Director
Mike has been in the ceiling and partitioning industry since 1978 and having spent 10 years with SAS International Ltd, joined Phoenix in 1992 as Contracts Manager. Mike joined the board at Phoenix in January 2008.
Paul Granger - Senior Financial Manager
Prior to joining Phoenix in 2005 Paul spent 19 years as an Estimator/Surveyor for a medium sized fit-out contractor, progressing to Director in 1996. Paul moved to Phoenix Interiors where his role is to oversee all financial aspects of the project from the procurement stage through to project completion and Final Account status.
Bernie Brock - Senior Contract Manager
Bernie has been with the company since 1989 and manages all on-site operations from procurement to handover. Bernie's vast experience gained over 3 decades is a great asset to the company.
Rod Honer - Health & Safety Adviser
Rod has worked within the construction industry for more than twenty years, focusing on Health and Safety Management. Rod joined Phoenix in 1997 as Safety Advisor where he has been responsible for reviewing the Health & Safety Policy organisation and activities to reflect the company's continuous development.
John Dennett - Senior Estimator
John has vast experience in estimating spanning over 40 years. Prior to joining Phoenix Interiors in 1989
John had over 20 years experience with both medium and large size companies. Since joining nearly 20
years ago John has further expanded his knowledge in metal ceilings and bespoke ceiling systems.
